Peaches and Cream

This pie is one of our seasonal best-sellers, and there`s no doubt as to why. The peach slices are nestled top to bottom through the filling. It is similar to custard, but instead of milk, the filling has sour cream. This keeps it light and fluffy, while allowing the fruit to sit the whole way through the pie instead of just floating on top like it would tend to do in custard. We add a dash of sugar and spice to the top of the pie, and bake it to a golden brown. No wonder everyone loves it! Available in 9 inch and 5 inch sizes.
